I only mix short filaments, will the machine work for me?
Yes, the machine can work only with short sizes. Whether you mix the 38mm or 44mm, we can tailor the machine to better suit your short filaments. Remember that none of these short filaments will be lost. during mixing as in traditional machinery.
I mix mainly long filaments, is this machine viable for me?
Yes, LUCY can be tailored to specific filament lengths like 89mm or longer.
I mix only tapered synthetic filaments, which machine should I choose?
If you work mainly with synthetic filaments and with tapered ones, we recommend LUCY 4S, which will give the best performance out of our two models.
How many recipes can I save?
You can save as many recipes as you want, there's no limit.
Is the loss percentange really less than one percent?
Yes, with most filament blends waste percetanges are close to zero and most of the loss is comprised of filament scraps.

Is training included?
With the purchase of one of our machines, we provide extensive training to employees to enable them to understand and operate LUCY in the most efficient way possible.
How long does it take for employees to run the machine?
Employees can learn the machine in minutes literally, and their skill level, doesn't effect the quality of the mix.
Where can I see the machine?
You can see our filament mixing machines at Interbrush or by visiting us in our factory in Venice, Italy
What if I have a problem and one of your technicians can't come to my facility?
If any issue may arise, we can provide remote support via SECOMEA connection and work on the machine as if we were there with you.
